Initially, I underwent a laser procedure in Haldwani, but unfortunately, the condition recurred after about two months. I consulted several surgeons afterward, but I was still struggling with recurrence.

Eventually, I met Dr. Aayush Nagpal Sir at AIIMS in September 2025. Sir thoroughly understood my case and performed flap surgery for my recurrent pilonidal sinus under local anaesthesia.

Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah and with Sir’s treatment and surgical expertise, I am completely fine now and have successfully completed one year without any recurrence or major problem. ❤️

I am genuinely thankful to Dr. Aayush Sir for his guidance, care and the confidence he gave me throughout my treatment. In my personal experience, he is one of the best doctors for pilonidal sinus treatment. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an experienced and caring surgeon.
